Nirby for telecoms

Walk into the meeting with the sites and the contract already on the table.

The Form asks site by site, reads the contract they attach and leaves you the map of the account before you book the first meeting.

The capture

You talk. The map of the account draws itself.

A corporate account is understood by asking, not by handing out a template. The Form keeps going site by site until the survey is complete.

Day to day

Big accounts do not arrive through a form.

They arrive through a stray enquiry, a tender with a date, or a contract about to end.

What it does for you

Less surveying. More accounts worked.

The work that eats the first two meetings today happens before the first one.

It asks site by site

If they tell you it is eleven branches and two warehouses, the conversation adjusts to that. It is not a text box waiting for a tidy paragraph.

The current contract gets read

The invoice or the contract they attach is enough to know what they have. Which is exactly what nobody remembers when you ask.

Prioritising stops being a hunch

Every account arrives described the same way: scope, volumes, deadlines. Which one goes first is visible at a glance, and does not depend on who read it.

The context does not leave with the person

What was learned about an account stays available for the next conversation, even if another rep takes it or six months go by.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask us.

Does it replace the feasibility study?

No. Nirby leaves the case surveyed, structured and prioritized; the technical feasibility is still done by your team, with the map already built instead of an email.

Does it work for tenders?

Yes, for receiving and structuring them: the documents and annexes come in as attachments and what they ask for ends up comparable. Submitting the bid is still yours.

What if the client does not know what services they have?

That is the usual case. They can attach the contract or the last invoice and what is there gets pulled out, instead of asking them to remember.

Can I have a different Form per segment?

Yes. One Workspace can hold several Forms, each with its own questions and criteria: small business, corporate and tenders are not surveyed the same way.

How is my clients’ data protected?

It is yours: we process it on your behalf, and you decide what gets asked, what gets kept and for how long. The detail is in our privacy policy.

How long does it take to get going?

You describe what you need to survey, review the Form that comes out of that and test it with Preview before publishing. Days is the usual, and it does not go through IT.
