What's new

Everything we are building into Nirby, version by version.

0.11.3 Platform Admin

Everything that changes in Nirby, on one page

We are launching a public changelog with the version history, and a notice inside the admin when there is something new to read.

Nirby changes often, and until now finding out depended on you noticing the difference on your own.

From today there is a public page where every change is recorded, told in terms of what you can do with the product. It launches with the full history of everything released so far, so it does not start empty.

What's new(4)
  • A public changelog with the version history, grouped by area and with the detail expandable when you want to dig in.
  • Every version has its own permanent link, so you can share one change with your team.
  • An RSS feed, if you would rather follow it from your reader.
  • From Settings, What’s new takes you straight to the latest entry, and an indicator appears when there is a version you have not opened.
0.11.0 Admin Forms Intelligence

You define what each Form analyzes

Analysis widgets stop being tied to a handful of fixed meanings. Now you define exactly what you want to know about each Submission, in your own words.

Until now, the analysis of a Submission revolved around a closed set of fields: a score, some pain points, some objections. Useful if your Form sold something, and odd in every other case.

That is over. A widget is now simply a question you ask the AI about each Submission, with the answer type you choose. If your Form triages support, your widgets talk about urgency and category. If it screens candidates, they talk about experience and fit. Nirby no longer assumes what your business is about.

What's new(4)
  • Analysis widgets are defined freely: data type, order and the prompt the AI fills them in with.
  • The widget editor now helps you write that prompt, instead of leaving you in front of an empty field.
  • The widget type selector became a wizard with icons, so you can choose at a glance.
  • A direct shortcut to the analysis from the Submission itself.
Improvements(3)
  • Email follow-up adapts to what you use the Form for: it no longer always writes as if it were closing a sale.
  • Each Submission shows the full history of its conversation, at the level of detail you want and with earlier attempts available to review.
  • The view remembers whether you were looking at real or Preview data, and it is still there when you come back.
Fixes(2)
  • AI questions ask one thing at a time again, instead of chaining several into one message.
  • Intelligence indicators stopped showing distributions that no longer matched any live data.
0.10.6 The Submissions table, built the way you want it
Improvements(4)
  • Choose which columns you see in the Submissions listing and in what order, by dragging them.
  • Answers to your Form’s published questions can show as columns of their own, and they travel to the CSV export.
  • Everything about a Submission — contact, answers and onboarding — is gathered into a single tab.
  • Pipeline questions take an icon, and you pick it.
Fixes(2)
  • The loading indicator on single-answer questions stopped showing where it did not belong.
  • Scoring text that was still untranslated.

All of a Form’s configuration, in one place

Settings stops being one more tab and becomes the Form’s only configuration surface, grouped by what you are actually doing.

Configuring a Form meant jumping between tabs to change things that belonged to the same problem: the design here, consent there, the AI instructions somewhere else.

Now there is a single Settings view, with its own navigation and grouped into three blocks: Visitor experience (what the person filling in the Form sees and goes through), Operations (what happens around it: scheduling, contact links) and Intelligence (how the AI thinks about this Form and what it analyzes).

What's new(3)
  • Unified Settings, with its own navigation and the three groupings.
  • Ask AI for pipelines: a chat panel where you ask for changes in plain language, with history kept between sessions.
  • Featured templates when you create a new Form.
Improvements(2)
  • Company context takes a good deal more text: from 6,000 to 10,000 characters.
  • Knowledge documents are managed from where they belong, without duplicating the job inside each Submission.
Fixes(2)
  • The Questions Stack can be dragged around the pipeline canvas again.
  • The chat dropdown and the Sales Room chat limits behave as they should.

A Knowledge Base for the whole workspace

Documents stop living loose inside each Form. There is now a workspace library, with folders that keep themselves up to date.

The knowledge that feeds the AI — your catalogue, your policies, your pages — now lives in a workspace library. From there you assign it to the Forms or the Contacts that need it, without uploading the same file three times.

Folders are dynamic: if you assign a folder to a Form, anything you add to that folder later reaches whoever has it assigned, on its own. And documents that point at a URL refresh automatically, with a cap per plan.

What's new(4)
  • Workspace knowledge library, assignable per Form and per Contact.
  • Dynamic folders: you assign the folder, not a snapshot of its contents.
  • Automatic updates for documents that come from a URL.
  • One workspace can run Forms for different companies: each Form can announce its own, and the AI names it correctly.
Improvements(2)
  • Company context is built by picking documents and folders, in the order you decide.
  • The Sales Room banner respects the company configured on the Form.
Fixes(2)
  • A page that goes down can no longer empty a document: if the update fails, the previous content is kept.
  • Edit permissions and the links you can see stopped contradicting each other.

Describe your Form and Nirby builds it

Creating a Form starts by writing what it is for. And its questions stop living in two places at once: they live in the pipeline, where you can see and edit them.

There used to be two question models side by side: fixed ones, configured in their own tab, and others inside the pipeline. Confusing to explain and worse to maintain.

Now the pipeline is the only place a Form’s questions live. Anything you want asked exactly as written is a question node; anything you want the AI to find out its own way is an AI node. All on the same canvas.

And so you do not start from nothing: when you create a Form, you describe in one sentence what it is for and Nirby proposes the pipeline, the language and the analysis focus.

What's new(4)
  • Create Forms from a prompt: describe the goal and a complete first version is generated.
  • A Form’s questions live in the pipeline, in a single model.
  • Global search: find Forms, Submissions and Contacts from any screen.
  • The wizard publishes the pipeline when it finishes, ready to take visits.
Improvements(4)
  • The pipeline canvas has move and select modes, keyboard shortcuts and multiple delete.
  • New interface, darker and with better contrast.
  • Deliverables are written with whoever is going to read them in mind.
  • Regenerating content with AI shows you what will change first, and you decide row by row.
Fixes(3)
  • An abandoned deliverable no longer blocks the Submission or its Sales Room.
  • Account creation on sign-up was restored; in some cases it left the user halfway.
  • Filters, order and cells in the Submissions listing show readable, consistent values.
0.7.1 Forms Sales Rooms

The analysis adapts to what you use each Form for

A hiring Form and a sales Form should not be measured by the same yardstick. Now each Form declares its focus and the AI respects it.

Nirby stopped assuming every Form is a sales form. Each one declares its focus, and that governs how its Submissions are analyzed, which widgets it comes with by default and how the AI talks to whoever fills it in.

You notice it most in the Sales Room: the surfaces the visitor sees talk about the right subject, and product recommendations only show up where they make sense.

What's new(2)
  • Analysis focus per Form, governing widgets, prompts and the tone of the AI surfaces.
  • Intelligence now lives inside each Form, where the data is comparable.
Improvements(3)
  • AI generation for the pipeline is unified into a single entry point on the canvas.
  • The connection profile updates on its own when you open a Submission.
  • The home Ask AI only considers real Submissions, without mixing in Preview ones.
Fixes(1)
  • Intelligence dates and Test mode are calculated correctly again.
0.8.0 Contact lists and CSV export
Improvements(3)
  • Organize your Contacts into lists, with filters and bulk actions.
  • Export contacts and Submissions to CSV, honouring the filters you have on.
  • A pipeline can update the Contact’s details as the conversation goes on.
Fixes(1)
  • Duplicate profile regenerations no longer fire when you request several in a row.
0.6.7 AI-generated nodes, and steadier ground
Improvements(1)
  • You can ask the AI to generate a pipeline’s nodes instead of building them one by one.
Fixes(4)
  • The instructions used to generate nodes no longer drift with use.
  • Two errors in Sales Room deliverables.
  • A race condition when loading the workspace that left the view half-drawn.
  • Retries on intermittent AI provider failures, and enrichment errors that used to pass silently.
0.6.4 Admin Forms

Contacts, rebuilt — with an Ask AI of its own

Contacts stops being a list and becomes the place where everything you know about a person adds up, with an AI you can ask about it.

Contacts was redesigned from top to bottom. Each contact brings together their profile, their history and everything learned about them along the way — and it now has its own Ask AI, so you can ask about that person in plain language instead of re-reading every Submission.

What's new(4)
  • New Contacts interface, with the profile and its history in one place.
  • Ask AI for Contacts.
  • Audio recording node: your Form can ask for a spoken answer.
  • New consent system, configurable per Form.
Improvements(5)
  • The Forms and Submissions listings were redesigned.
  • Capturing contact details is optional: a Form can take anonymous answers.
  • The workspace company profile is now optional.
  • Better proposal generation and better use of content blocks.
  • Deleting a contact is no longer destructive.
Fixes(2)
  • Fixes in the audio recorder.
  • Tokens that reference other nodes now resolve correctly inside the AI blocks of generated documents.
