Nirby for financial services

Capture leads with pre-approved loans, not with forms nobody finishes.

Forms that talk to your leads, qualify them while they answer and call your systems to simulate a loan on the spot. Your rep gets the case already built, not a phone number to dial.

The capture

You launch the campaign. The loan arrives pre-approved.

While the person answers, the Form is qualifying: what they need, what for, whether it is worth going on. With their ID number it calls your API — risk, maximum amount, whatever your policy says — and shows them their simulation right there. Nobody was left waiting for a call.

Day to day

Almost nobody shops for a loan during office hours.

The clicks arrive when the ad runs. The branch opens at nine.

What it does for you

Fewer lead spreadsheets. More loans actually written.

What goes through the call center, spreadsheets and email today happens while the customer is still on the landing page.

It qualifies as the conversation goes

If the money is for consolidating debt, what comes next is not what would come next for a car. The Form asks what fits each case and filters out the one that will not make it before a rep spends time on it.

It calls your API mid-conversation

With the ID number it queries your services: risk, maximum amount, whatever your policy defines. The answer decides which way the Form goes, and your CRM ends up updated without anyone copying anything by hand.

The simulation shows right there

The customer does not leave with a "we will call you". They leave with their simulation and a draft proposal built on your terms, and the rep picks it up from there, not from zero.

The paperwork reads itself

When the case moves to formalizing, payslips and bank statements get asked for and read in the same Form. What matters ends up written where the rep is going to look for it.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask us.

Does Nirby approve the loan?

No. The rules are yours: the Form calls your services and applies the policy you define, and the final call still belongs to your risk team. What we do is stop the customer waiting three days to find out whether applying made sense.

How does it connect to our systems?

The Form’s Pipeline can call your API in the middle of the conversation: check an ID, pull an available amount, write the case into your CRM. And if you do not have an API available yet, you start with no integration and export to CSV.

What happens to the profiles that do not qualify?

You decide that path: route them to another product, keep them for a later campaign, or say goodbye without promising anything. Nobody gets told "pre-approved" for nothing.

Do I need one Form per campaign?

You can have them: one Workspace takes all the Forms you need, each with its own tone, language and rules. The usual thing is one per product — personal, car, mortgage — pointed at from several campaigns at once.

What happens to my customers’ financial data?

It is yours and we process it on your behalf: you define what gets asked, what gets kept and for how long. What your API returns is used in that conversation and stays in your case, nowhere else. The detail is in our privacy policy.

How long does it take to get going?

The Form is built from a prompt and tested with Preview before you publish it; connecting your API is the only stretch that depends on your team. The usual thing is to start the campaign in days, not to set up an IT project.
