Nirby for consulting

From the brief to a proposal in your methodology, without starting from zero.

The Form does the scoping with the questions a partner would ask, and builds a base proposal written to your methodology, ready to review, adjust and send to the client.

The capture

You listen to the problem. The brief gets written.

A client rarely arrives with the scope defined: they arrive with a problem. The Form talks it through until it is pinned down, and out of that comes a proposal that looks like yours.

Day to day

Engagements do not arrive through the contact form.

They arrive through a referral, a talk, or a private tender with a date on it.

What it does for you

Fewer meetings to understand. More to propose.

The scoping that takes two sessions today arrives done, and in writing, before the first one.

It asks the way a partner would

A process problem opens different questions than a strategy one, and it shows by the second answer. The Form does not read out a questionnaire: it listens.

The proposal comes out in your methodology

Not in the one a model has about consulting. You give it the house documents and that is the structure it builds the draft with.

Engagements can be compared

Objective, scope and deadline written the same way in all of them. Deciding what to take and what to pass on stops being argued from impressions.

What you know about a client stays

Even if another team takes the next project. The firm stops depending on the right person being free that week.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask us.

Does the AI write the proposal and I send it as is?

No. It prepares a draft with your structure and what the client said, and your team reviews and adjusts it before sharing. Nothing goes out without somebody approving it.

How does it learn my methodology?

You give it your documents and your criteria in the Workspace Knowledge Base, and that is what feeds the proposals. It does not come from a generic model with opinions about consulting.

Is it not cold for a business built on trust?

It is the opposite of how it sounds: the Form takes the initial questioning off your hands so the first meeting with the partner is a conversation about the problem, not a data-gathering exercise.

Does it sign contracts or take retainers?

No. Nirby goes as far as the structured brief and the preliminary proposal; signing and charging stay outside. It is a limit we have today.

What happens to the client’s confidential information?

It is yours: we process it on your behalf, and you decide what gets asked, what gets kept and for how long. The detail is in our privacy policy.

Does it work for a small firm?

Yes, and it usually shows more: where there is no team dedicated to preparing proposals, that is exactly the work that piles up.
